These gorgeous Whirlpool Hoops Earrings made from sterling silver, but they have been plated in 18ct yellow gold on the insdie to give a fabulous contrast, perfect party earrings!

The surface patterning has been hammered in while the silver is set in pitch - a tar like substance made from natural pine. Different shaped steel punches & a specialist hammer are then used to create the beautiful swirling patterns & textures that cover the earrings, inspired by the sea & cascading whirlpools.
