UK Delivery is by tracked and signed for Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded First class delivery. Most items which are in stock can be delivered to the U.K within 3-5 days. Made to order jewellery usually has a delivery timeframe of 2 weeks and bespoke pieces 4-8 weeks. If you require International delivery costs and timescales, please get in touch.

If you have a specific date or deadline that you need to meet then please get in touch as I will always do my best to get the item to you.

packaging

Your jewellery will arrive in a Cathy Sutherland Jewellery branded presentation box with a business card and a care card.

If you are sending the item as a gift please use the contact form to let me know & I will provide further gift wrapping. If you are sending the item directly to the recipient then I can add a card with a personalised message from you.

My presentation boxes come from the Tiny Box Company who use recycled card to make their boxes. This box will then be delivered to you in a brown postal box with tissue paper inside to protect the jewellery packaging.

Where possible I want to help the environment by using eco-friendly ways of packaging my jewellery & reducing my use of plastic.
